Kannagi — Nagi-sama Lovin’!
I wants me some Kannagi licensing from FUNimation since FUNimation makes use of Japanese honorifics in their subtitles! I also want a second series to the anime. So far, no luck on either front but we’ll see what happens.
In the meantime, here’s some images from the most excellent “Nagi-sama.” ^_^
I rather have Media Blasters or Bandai license Kannagi, but that is primarily because I do want a LA English dub-cast for the series.
Of course, if we do get a second series (And considering how the series director had mentioned there were unaired episodes, some more DVD-only episodes too.), I would be happy about that. Probably will not happen until Eri Takenashi recovers enough to continue the manga, though

Ah — but both of those companies have been known to make subtitled-only releases and skip the dub process. FUNimation so far has no subtitle-only releases for any of its DVD titles. ^_^
I think that is actually a good idea. There are some titles that if they are licensed for R1 release, can only be released subbed because they will never make back the money spent for dubbed release. People are too used to the days when everything was dubbed (Because the companies would eagerly throw money at any anime license regardless of merit, like 2002.) that it can be very unhealthy for the industry as a whole.

I love Kannagi! I don’t care who brings it over, just bring it over already.
Well, if whomever brings it over uses ANB-approved subtitles (heh!heh!), I’m all good for it. ^_^
